Central Claim forms: **6 falsifiable · 7 descriptive · 6 absent.** The falsifiable form is the *older* one — the format migration lost it (`01__` §3). That regression is the pack's most useful single finding.

## Two things to know before building

**The best material is not in the files.** The learnings the founder asked for exist only as git diffs — a role file records the answer but destroys the question. `05__` recovers three; there are more (G6).

**`skills.sgit.ai` already exists** (reserved, unpublished). The seam: *a skill is a capability, a role is a boundary, a team is a routing table.* That site owns `SKILL.md`; this one owns `ROLE.md`, the roster, the topologies and the comms protocol.
